How We Work
We are in business to help you and your business succeed. We take time to understand clearly where you are coming from and where you want to go with your project.
The Initial Phase
We ask questions, discuss your goals, your likes and dislikes, what information you want to project. We suggest approaches, and request such things as photographs and fact sheets in support of your goals. We collaborate.
In the case of graphic design, we strive to create a consistent print "identity" which you can continue to use to develop customer recognition. If we're working on a website, we additionally consider and discuss your updating needs and search engine strategies.
The Construction Phase
Materials are gathered, and mock-ups are created, which are then submitted to you for approval or suggestions for revision. We are not through until we've both achieved our goals.
The Final Phase
Website work is posted on Horse Ink's private client space for your final examination. Once it's just as you want it, it's officially posted (and we can put together ads and press releases saying so, if you want). We then submit the site to a number of search engines, and post a Google site map. Graphic design work is emailed or mailed to you for your approval, and revised as necessary. When it's as you envisioned, we forward to your publication or printer.
